The hotel was fairly clean, I loved it.

The lobby was beautiful with courteous staff. I loved the food, it was great and cheap.

The venue is big and fairly clean with a great value and fast staff. Big bedroom.

The hotel had a central position right by the casino, shops and restaurants. I had quick lunch at Fatburger, located really close to the property.

Everything seemed amazing, delightfully helpful staff, luxurious rooms. The breakfast was varied with English muffins, no complaints whatsoever. I loved central location adjacent to the casinos and restaurants and dining places to go to. Also, it was only a short distance to Horizon Casino.

The food was outstanding with a lot of options. Unbeatable and prime location near Heavenly Village.

Lovely welcoming hotel, clean, employees are helpful, and location is perfect close to everything. The breakfast is good hot with fruits and scrambled eggs, for instance and the room is huge.

I liked the hotel, it was cozy and fairly clean. The venue's location was central, near heavenly Gondola. Had nice dainties at The Baked Bear, located short walk from the hotel.

Beautiful property, fairly clean, good service and great value. The staff were pleasant and polite made my stay nice. I loved the room with view of the gondola, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

View was awesome, breakfast was very healthy, and beds were exceptionally comfortable. Generally everything was great, even so the bathroom was dirty. It was central and close to The Gondola at Heavenly.

The staff were kind and the restaurant was TERRIFIC! The location was very pretty, a few steps away from heavenly gondola the. A lot of supplies in the room: tea/coffee and rug. Outstanding food, pastries, fruit, bread, meats and cheese. Splendid views and beautiful garden.

Very professional staff, brilliant location, stunningly beautiful hotel. Comfy beds, microwave and coffee in the room. Friendly service too. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was acceptable, you can use it throughout the property.

this hotel is extremely welcoming, absolutely great location, exceptional staff. breakfast is warm, loved pancakes, cookies, cereals, scrambled eggs and yogurt. you could walk to a supermarket and stores.

I loved the prime location, the perfect room and very helpful staff. Though there was low water pressure and I had to get used to it, the stay was comfortable overall. Restaurant was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

Hotel was generous-sized and business!

The hotel was GOOD SOLID, fairly clean, in a very convenient area. Rooms with a cozy decor. The breakfast had a lot variety of food, like yogurt, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cookies and cereal.

Fine hotel, we had a surprisingly quiet room with a spectacular view. The breakfast was simply delicious and we tasted mixed drinks. Spacious enough suite and really comfortable bed.

Appreciated that the hotel was nice. Overall great food, plus there is Stateline Brewery close by. Suite was the best. Everything created a friendly atmosphere.

All in all, I spend my time greatly. Truly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Echo, it was good. This hotel is equal to 3 stars...

Easy to get around South Lake Tahoe with a gondola station located adjacent to the hotel. Morning meal food was complimentary. We do recommend it with confidence.

Staff was attentive and we liked our stay. We would love to come back on our next trip to South Lake Tahoe.

Good sized rooms. Taste the food in Stateline Brewery, you only need to walk 300 feet to reach it. Ideal place for a city break in South Lake Tahoe! We would be happy to recommend as we greatly enjoyed lake tahoe resort
